A stunning late Andy-inspired comeback saw the Multi colours snatch victory at the death.
The oranges started quickly out of the blocks thanks to two left footed strikes from Phil. Stuart swivelled around the box and fired low past Kiichi to make it 2-1.
Wilson then levelled the scoring firing high past the keeper following a low cross from Andy in the 33rd minute. The Orange bibs took a two goal lead after a blockbuster from Romain and a long range shot from Rue that was too hot the handle for the multi keeper made it 4-2.
The game should have been wrapped up with only 12 minutes remaining but the Multi Colours had other ideas. Romain gave away a penalty by standing inside the penalty. Andy dispatched the spot kick to make it 4-3. The Wilson and Andy partnership came up trumps again when Andy’s little slipped ball found Wilson in front of Kiichi and the attacked fired a low shot into the corner. 4-4.
Both teams wanted to win the game and Oranges missed a host of presentable opportunities. Not satisified with the draw, the Oranges pushed forward in search of a winner but they left huge holes in their defence and it was Andy who exploited this with minutes remaining, running onto a long pass and firing the winner past Kiichi. 4-5.
